The room was very clean daily. Mahmoud Gamea, the housekeeping manager, was very helpful (i really appreciated his assistance). I enjoyed the pool and beach areas. They were clean and well maintained.

The hotel offers many pools. Pools provide a place to relax. Access to multiple beaches makes the stay great. A tunnel offers safe passage to the beach. It avoids street crossings.
The gym equipment was worn. Some treadmills showed signs of frequent use. This minor issue did not impact my overall stay.

The main restaurant features different food each day. There are several dining spots. This spreads crowds during meal times. It's a nice feature for families and large groups.

the staff were HEPLFUL. i found it acceptable.
the wifi cost extra, and it did NOT work well. it made me wonder if the connection issues were on purpose, so i would pay AGAIN. i found this frustrating because i expected a usable internet connection.

the reception team was helpful they assisted with my inquiries promptly
the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival dust and grime were apparent surfaces required immediate attention i found the absence of basic toiletries unacceptable especially given the room rate the shower lacked consistent hot water the temperature fluctuated greatly
